Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds for first-time purchases only, provided your request is submitted within 5 days of your initial purchase date. Refunds are not available for renewals or plan upgrades.

The refund amount depends on how many text characters you have used:
• 0 characters used : Full refund, no deductions.
• 1 - 50,000 characters : deduction of $2 as a usage fee.
• 50,001 - 100,000 characters : deduction of $4 as a usage fee.
• 100,001 - 150,000 characters : deduction of $6 as a usage fee.
• 150,001 - 200,000 characters : deduction of $8 as a usage fee.
• Above 200,000 characters : No refund applicable.
