What is the difference between Main Plans and Audiobook plan?

The Main Plans and the Audiobook Plan are designed for different use cases and therefore come with different features and limitations.

Plan validity
Main Plans are available with monthly or yearly validity, while the Audiobook Plan is available only with yearly validity.

Character conversion limit
With the Audiobook Plan, you can convert up to 100,000 characters in a single request, which is useful for long-form content such as books. However, it is recommended to review pronunciation and voice settings carefully before converting large text blocks, as the characters used will be deducted from your plan.

Voice availability
Main Plans provide access to all voices available on the platform, whereas the Audiobook Plan supports only the Default voices.

Editing and project tools
Main Plans include advanced tools such as Projects and the Multi Voice Editor, allowing you to:

Convert text using multiple voices
Add background music
Insert additional audio files
Merge multiple audio clips

These features are not available with the Audiobook Plan.

Preview characters
The Audiobook Plan also includes preview characters, which are counted separately from your subscription characters, allowing you to test voices before performing full conversions.
